It was very straightforward, I was able to book a flight without any hassle. The options for flights were varied so I was able to get one that suited our needs.
I was given options for hotels at a discount but did not need this. It was however great to know about the hotels and other discounts I could have made use of.
It's was fast and smooth. My ticket were issued efficiently through my email. The email was so efficient.
Not different much then buying through airline site. Some windows popping bothering to add luggage and stuff. Received e-ticket straight from airline, just with a better price.
I was a little leery when I saw I would be booking my flight through a different company than my air carrier. But as I moved through the booking process and saw that it was working just as it would have been booking with Delta or American, I became pleasantly surprised. There were NO SURPRISES, in addition to that I received several emails confirming my flight, date of travel, times and cost. Today I received another email asking me if I received all my information, which I did!
I have been travelling for the past 3 years with this flight and feel very pleased with you.

It was good except for un-clearness on baggage for my return flight with Pegasus airlines.
Cheapest flights :) The experience was very good. You should go for it.
I am very happy to be able to change my ticket.I had to postpone my trip for health reasons and I am very glad that I was able to do so. So I was able to postpone the trip by one week.
Besides that eDreams offer great deals, when i needed assistance the customer service was very professional and helpful!
