My experience was superb until I started to receive these messages indicating a compulsory review. I am not sure if this is truly ok, or just really extremely bad design. Which ever it was, my experience just dropped dramatically.
I thought it is fraud in prices... But when I booked everything. I was so happy to find a cheapest flight rates for my travel.

I was very satisfied about the time and easy way about understanding all the booking and of course the prize was very acceptable, I shop around and couldn't get same options and prize that's why I always choose edreams
The booking process is easy to follow App. The only downside is that I have to request for my receipt before it was issued but it was issued within few hours which I really appreciated.

My experience was very bad because right before I booked the price changed. I believe that is a clearly a practice of thieves I could do not recommend again. It stated 33euros and not per leg of the flight. Also, it stated that you could cancel this insurance. I tried to cancel because I was billed 66euros and I was told this is non refundable.

Looking for flights to Spain via Skyscanner, we found edreams. Within no time we had flights booked exactly when we wanted and connection to car hire.
Everything worked very quick and got the confirmation in minutes, Good as the flight was in 3 hours. I found out that this works better on a laptop than booking on a phone. Great options. Will use it more often.

I was able to book a flight at a normal price duing this holiday season where all prices where soared up. Thank you for helping.
I struggled to book a flight while I have been redirected from skyscanner, since even though I logged in with my prime account, I haven't been able to use a voucher I finally had the chance to.
The flight was significantly cheaper being redirected from skyscanner, thank booking on edreams app, however, even though I raised a ticket with them, they couldn't care less, and said to always use their app.
I will use whatever I want, website, or whatever. If there is a better deal through skyscanner, why not to save a bit?

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges
Answer: Yes I would like to participate in a class action law suit against this company who has no customer service or any way to get money back! I lost $5807 to this fraudulent company and want it back
Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
