Rented a car at Newark Airport. Most of my interaction with the staff was when I returned the car. They were considerate, friendly and helpful. Would most definitely book with EconomyBookings again.

The ability to get off a long flight and choose whatever car you are in the mood for just makes me happy. I love the surprise of which car I will leave with. This time it was a 2017 Mustang which I'll probably never own so gave me a great opportunity to take it for a drive. The scan the barcode on the app and pull to the exit is a great service.

Both of your employees were outstanding. When I was at the gate showing my credentials... your employee got out of the booth to make sure my side view mirrors were popped out... the one on the driver side was not!

I left my tablet in the car and didn't even know. After 3 days, I got a call from the manager asking if I left something in a car I returned 3 days ago... I have my tablet with nothing wrong with it. Why won't I use them again? I will always go there.

Super easy pickup and drop off and Newark Airport. We rented a Nissan Altima and the car was very clean and really nice to drive! All the employees were helpful, friendly and very accomodating especially Ed at the drop off. Will use Dollar Rental in the future.

Everyone at this location has been SUPER nice; the customer service is amazing. If I was better at remembering names I would try to give each of the people who helped us while we were renting a car (our old one is having some problems) a shout out.
