I am not sure what happened with the other people who used this company, but, I can only say that my experience with the final referral turned out to be exceptional. We were 7 plus baggage. The initial rental called for a vehicle that could handle that, but when we tried to load the suitcases there was not enough room. The THRIFTY agent immediately upgraded us to a larger capacity vehicle within minutes at no extra charge. I think it helped that we did not get upset and handled it maturely without anger and said PLEASE and THANK YOU. Definitely THANK YOU.
This is not the first time I rent a car in this company. I am very pleased with the service and also not with the high price of renting a car. I can say with confidence that if I need to rent a car again, then of course I rent it without any hesitation at the EconomyBookings.

Economy Bookings tiene un servicio de calidad, atención inmediata y además proporciona seguridad en sus contratos a la hora de alquilar un auto. Lo digo por experiencia de familiares, ya que son puntuales en la entrega del vehículo y si se vence tu tiempo de alquiler puedes llamar y extender el tiempo. Me lo han recomendado y por ende lo recomiendo con los ojos cerrados.

I made a car rental reservation through EconomyBookings.com and they immediately charged my credit card $132.00, which was fine. However, emergency surgery forced me to cancel my trip. I cancelled the rental car about (17 days before the proposed pick up date). When I cancelled, they said about 30 calendar days, I would get a full refund. However, it took about two months to get my refund, and I had to call and email them about 10 times to get it. They kept referring me to rentalcars.com, which was not where I booked my car. Anyway, when they finally did give me a refund, they only gave me back $91. When I inquired about the remaining $41, they never returned my calls or emails. Very, very poor customer service, and the entire incident made me feel like I was dealing with an unethical company. I will never use them again.
