I rented a car through economy bookings, my invoice said one price and later when I returned the car my invoice was $40 more. They have yet to refund me the money, this company is a rip off, don't ever use them. They try to take advantage of people by charging a fee for using there service.

We booked a smaller car but was given an upgrade. We were given a Skoda Octavia, it was ready immediately. We drove all the way to Scotland and only used half a tank! We initially hired it for a week, but we loved the service it gave us, that we extended for another 2!

People at this branch are amazing. Everything else exceed expectations, car was clean. When I delievered the vehicled I was prompt to explain a bump on the tire, was the only part of the experince which i'm not sure I enjoyed bt everything eas dealt with great professionalism
