Tried to order parts for a ranchero and of course they are not available and being discontinued next car. Torino same thing here. Third car camaro of course every thing is available.waited a month half the order arrived very cheaply made and the rest of the order was backorder.

I've tried for months to buy parts off Ecklers but I can't because I'm in Australia and they don't let Australia buy parts. And I've emailed them a number of times and they don't bother to reply. Not happy. They used to be a good company, not anymore.

The provider mounting screws for the baffles are not designed for this application. Rather than risk damaging the valve covers I am returning them to Summit for a refund. The screws are sheet metal screws and are not suitable for this application.

The company is going downhill. Called today with a list if items well over 6k for 3 different cars. And the cars are and parts are listed in the catalog. Amazing that the only part that they can get were sun visors with a 8 to 12 weeks before they can send.when I first called I spoke to a person who answered the phone the first time I explained I have a large list gave him the years makes and models and even told him what I was looking for he claimed that they were able to get complete set of interiors for 2 of the cars.fast forward got the catalog in the mail found the listing wrote down complete list plus extras called the company and now was told sorry don't have them 6k in parts.for now on I will not be calling any of these companies under the ecklers brand. And anyone who wants to deal with being basically laughed at and treated like a idiot this place is for you. But as a classic car restoration shop no thanks.

Called 3 times tried to order parts declined your bank suspected fraud tried 2 different cards and this has also happened months ago also with a different card and is not a money issue. But after days of trying i orederd online using paypal and finally went threw

In the part's description it says many times "these lenses", but apparently are sold as individuals. Now I have another $6.95 charge to order a second lens because it was not clear these were single and not a pair.
Went yesterday(Sep 28,*******@01:40pm) to the store in Titusville, Fl., drove from Georgia and spend like 30 min in the counter, was on employee in the computer and NEVER even turn around to say anything, went to the bathroom, my wife also went to the bathroom and he NEVER even turn around to attend us. Went out side look around, we ask a lady and she was taking a smoke break, told her what was going on, she went inside the store and talk to the guy in the computer and he specifically said, he didnt have time to take care of us. If you guys have video cameras and a rign securty system operational will see the attention they give us, I have been buy parts from you guys for years, but NEVER again. NO CUSTUMER SERVICE, Had a really bad experience yesterday THANKS YOU FOR NOTHING!

I bought a seat cover for my 1956 mercury m100 the writing on the inside of the seat cover is bleeding through to the outside and looks very ugly, and there customer service won't do anything about it when it is clearly a manufacturing defect because they wrote on the back of the white vinyl what were they thinking I paid enough for my seat cover that I would of thought i would have been getting a quality product not something that would look ugly 3 years later
