This is the first time I've ordered since Eckler's took over from Mac. The experience was simple and easy.
But why is it I can order parts and they come in within a week but when I order a catalog I never seem to get it

Ordered came faster than expected unfortunately one of the rims outer lip was bent. With a tire on it it balanced out great but you expect to get four rims perfect when your buying from Ecklers
Started the online chat and was prompted to ask about ongoing deals and promotions.
I first asked about an advertised t-shirt (kiss my ss) that did not include a photo of the actual shirt. The customer service personnel couldn't help either because he couldn't access a photo. That was odd. How do you advertise and sell a shirt that nobody can see.
I asked about the promotions. First I was told that it wouldn't apply to my order because my order had already shipped. That was a lie. I then sent him a screenshot showing that my order was processing. He then asked fo my order number. I thought he already had it, since he stated that it had already shipped. Then the customer service rep proceeds to tell me that since I was about $27 away from the minimum requirement for one of the promotions then I would not be eligible. You would think that he would at least attempt to find a lesser expensive item to add to my cart to get me to the limit for the deal. That way I would get the $50 off of 300 which intern would motivate me to spend even more money with the company. Neither of which did he attempt to do. He just stated company policy to me via the chat. After being lied to initially, and told that my order had shipped and then being quoted company policy about the minimum amount needed to get a coupon, it shows me that the customer service leaves much to be desired.
I tied to make some and dident look good,then ordered some through Macs and they were out

While ordering was very easy, the product I received isnt any where in the realm of correct. The product I received can not even be mistakenly used as the same application.
The website shows the product was in stock and available, and I received a product that is for a totally different application.

Ecklers had a stainless steel fuel line for my 65 Ford Galaxie 352 cu in engine. Hard to find part…easy to find on their site!
