I purchase a HVAC part for my 1966 Thunderbird and expected it would be price competitive at $169. Not very competitive when other classic car parts suppliers sell it at $129 for the same identical part! It has been 2days since I purchased this part and I have been bombarded with emails for reviews and sales on other parts. This morning I have 5 new emails from Ecklers and not one of them is an update on when I can expect my order. Needless to say very DISAPPOINTED.

Placed the order on Feb 16,2025. Excitedly received the shipment Feb 28. The kit arrived with 3 of 3 boxes (labeled). The unboxing revealed the matching rear seat skins not being included. A call to Ecklers led to pictures of what was included being forwarded to Tech support and an investigation being opened. They finally responded by Tuesday ( it was Friday when I received the shipment. A brief text saying they would reach out to the distributor and notify me of a new shipment date. Friday Mar 7, a 4th box arrived. Definitely not 3of 3. No update from Ecklers, but I did send an email notification of the remainder of my order arriving. Sat the 8th i installed my seat cover skins on the seat frames.They look great certainly. Ecklers support could have been better for sure. I have also been a repeat customer after this has happened. Certainly not a deal breaker. Best advice...don't expect a fast delivery, don't expect great support communication. If it happens be surprised. I expected better.

Have always liked Ecklers for the good selection and the pictures are very helpful for correct fitment.
The ordering was simple. I have not received the order yet. Will most likely order more parts for my 1973 corvette. Hopefully the parts I ordered will arrive soon
Ordered this product because on the website it shows MADE IN USA on the part I ordered. Got here today with made in China on it. False advertising. Will be returning.

I just ordered one small item. I haven't even received it yet, however I've gotten several emails asking for feedback. Feedback from what? I never spoke to anyone, haven't received and product, so what should I give feedback on. How about I give feedback that you send out too many emails.
I ordered a part specific to my car, received the part, spent several hours attempting to install it, and realized the wiring on the part was about 2 inches too short. The part was a turn signal switch with wiring that travels down the inside of the steering column and connects under the dash. The steering wheel has to be removed to complete the replacement. Once I got the new part in the column I realized it was too short to connect to the under dash connector. I found that the part for the tilt and telescope steering column (which I DO NOT have) included an extension. With that extension, I believe my wiring would connect. I started a chat with Paul S. Who though polite, appeared to not have any concept of what I was dealing with and said he could start a return for me, but couldn't ship me the extension. This seems stupid in that it will cost Ecklers more to process the return than ship me a wiring extension. I am a long time customer and have bought parts for several corvettes over the years. I am done with Ecklers and will tell this story to all my buddies. If I could do zero stars I would.
Ben watching the Koni high performance shock for a while? Ecklers finally put them on sale with 30% off so decided to purchase. Ordered 2 rear shocks, the reason I'm giving 4 stars is Ecklers split the order between 2 locations and I've only gotten one of the shocks do far. As directed shock I have received, it looks great can't wait to get it on the car to test performance

I ordered the headlight bucket kit for a 68 Chevelle. The headlight adjuster kit I got was for a 64-67 Chevelle.
I've been thinking about purchasing the epas electric power steering system for my 68 camaro for some time but after speaking with Dan B at Echlers he explained all the benefits so I bought it. He went thru the warranty which is 5 years thru epas so I was sold. Great guy to work with.
Ordered the ignition switch ek-28-*******-1, but received a different lower quality switch. Will return switch and reject payment.
