Your picture of the gas door with lock showed the rear where the gas tube goes angled down. I just received the door and it has a about one inch area straight back to attach a tube for gas. To my I was sent the wrong part. The lock is the only part that looks the same. Right now it appears as $360 of junk that I can not use.

Every order has shipped quickly and well packaged
Was supposed to get a $100 off coupon, but it's not until your next purchase! Who said I was going to buy again! Didn't even get free shipping and spent over $1,200.00. Not happy with the $100.000 scam.
First time I ordered from Ecklers they kept moving the delivery day out for three months when it was supposed to be shipped in a week. When I would try to get updates I was told it is being prepared and they will send out tracking information when it is available. Didn't get a resolution until I cancelled the order and ordered the part from someone else and got it in a week. Now I was supposed to get my current order tomorrow, but it has been sitting at "preparing shipment" all week.

I'm sorry about the shipping delay! I left a voicemail but wanted to reach out here as well. I reviewed your order and saw the OPR Rear Grease Seal should be delivered tomorrow. Because of the delay, I made sure we refunded the shipping cost. Typically we try for 3-5 day shipping, and when I reviewed I showed that we had it ready to ship out on the same day the order was placed. I will make sure to reach out to the shipping department to fix these delays.

Had to call in and order the hood because online wouldn't take my order and had to pay 200.00 more for making the phone call over ordering it online.

Eckler's sends emails advertising items, They no longer carry. A terrific example is 1957 Chevy Quarter panel inserts. I regularly get emails where the Inserts are the main topic. I click on the Insert photos and it takes me to the Insert. Then explains they no longer carry that item. Latest email for this item was 7/3/2025. 10 hours ago. Then on 7/1/2025. 6/30/2025. 6/28/2025, 6/23,6/20.6/19,6/18. And 6/28. If I had not deleted emails before 6/28, I could have added more. I believe such false advertising borders on "Deceptive Trade Practice".
After reviewing my emails from Eckler's to get theses dates and the fact I get a daily email, helped me make my decision to Block Eckler's emails. Next, if I put an item in my card, I start getting emails telling me "I left items in my cart". I received 4 emails from Eckler's this morning, that had nothing to due with items I had ordered. I believe I will unsubscribe and to remain anonymous and avoid future emails. In general there "Sale" items are extremely limited.
The rep took my order, and helped me with the shipping so it wouldn't cost so much. The rep accomplished the shipping cost, and UPS delivered the system fast to my residence. Thank you Ecklers
My representative Larry is amazing. He has tried to order coil overs for me three different times it shows stock once we order the next day I get notification. There is no stock. There is something wrong with their IT informing their sales people there is stock but actually there isn't.
I called because I have yet to get a confirmation on my order, quick to take my money but no order update!

I bought three inch lowering springs for my 56 Bel Air, they shipped one at a time? So I received one and it had the front bushing in the back, so I changed it around, then I installed it and it's too long, it's hitting the shackle bracket and it's still jacked up? I need to get this done because it's entered in the Boise Roadster show in two weeks!
They have parts you need and shipping is great 👍will be buying more products as time goes got the time but not the money but it will come

I ordered 2 items that clearly said IN STOCK and they would ship quickly.
Then the next day I got an email saying they wer out of stock and it would take about 2+ months to get them.
Am I the only person who thinks this is wrong?. Shouldn't they tell you upfront? Kind of a bad way of doing business.
When I inquired about it through their "customer support chat" I got no satisfaction and because it was after regular business hours I kindly asked them to reach out to me when they were open to assist me in moving forward. I had tried reaching them but could never get in contact with anyone.
PLEASE think twice before buying from them or at least be sure they really have stock when they say they do... save yourself trouble and time. It's no wonder they are NOT BBB ACCREDITED.I found out after the fact
I replied to their e mail to give them an option to fix the issue before making this review...but as you can see they did not...so I followed the link they sent when they asked for this review...the rest is history
