ECampus provided a good rental experience overall. The books arrived in great condition, and the rental process was easy. However, shipping was slower than expected for some books, which was frustrating. Still, the prices were reasonable, and returning rentals seems simple. I'd give them 4 stars for the delay.

My order took very long to arrive. After my overdue rental was returned, I still got an email about it not being returned.

My package hadn't even been set to ship until 6 days after it was ordered. Then sat idle for over two days while waiting for carrier to pick up. When I tried to cancel they said they couldn't because it was already "shipped" even though I showed them confirmation that it had not been shipped and was waiting to be picked up. It luckily had been delivered before I had to leave the location I was at where I set it to be shipped too. The overall process was clunky and your customer service was no help. Your standards for shipping should be based from when the order was placed not once it was shipped. When I place an order I expect it to be shipped promptly and when it says 7-10 business days, that is what I expect. Not 7-10 from once it has been shipped, which in my case was 6 days after order was placed.
Book arrived on time and when it was supposed to. The process was very simple.
Quick and easy checkout process. But I did try cancelling my order that same-day and the system seemed to have cancelled the order. But a day later, the order shipped and I wasn't able to reach CSR via phone.
This was way too expensive for a book I have to return. It should have also come with the online help.
