Stated there was an issue with payment info, but no one would tell me what the issue was. The money is the account. The numbers were correct. Was it my address? Hopefully, the same thing doesn't happen to this order.

I am taking a course and am visually impaired. I had to order a hardcover book because I am unable to use e-books. I ordered the book in hopes that it would arrive in order to complete assignments for this first week of class. However, the order was cancelled. When i could not log into the account I looked at the receipt and realized I transposed two letters in my email address. If this was the reason the order was canceled, I think that is terrible. All my other information was correct. Why could the security have contacted my through a phone call or text message to verify? Could they see my email address is my name? The type o was my last name. They cancelling the order has cause me a lot of grief and frustration. Now I have to explain to the instructor why I am not able to do my work on time which in a class that is only 7-weeks puts me behind.

Very late delivery

Book was shipped same day I believe but it took almost 3 weeks to be delivered by UPS. I know it's not the companies fault but if they only use UPS I will find another rental company. I'm only in the class for 5 weeks and only find out 3 days prior to the class starting what book I need.
