I had a week to order this book, which was very expensive on every site. It came in time and in great condition. Only downside was Promo codes did not work, lost my points too

Usps did deliver it 4 days late, but that's not your fault at all, it does seem you do not have in depth instructions on how you would like it sent back. I plan on taking it to usps and figuring it out with the package it came in as well as the paper that was in it. Not the best padding, could cause damages.

I was told something that was not true by an employer and had to pay an additional cost. Employer made it difficult for me to explain the main issue.

I ordered a book for my brother and because the name on the card was mine and his you canceled my order. He is trying to get his bachelor's degree and by canceling this order may prevent him from getting his degree.

I have nothing but great things to say about this company. They are true to the shipping dates and the free returns are awesome. Very reliable on time and the textbook rentals. I have used them for the past few years since I been in college. The fee of the textbooks are reasonable also.

Quick turn around from being to end. Wish for a rental the price was a little cheaper.
