I had to engage with customer service via the chat option, and it just added more time to this process. At the end the representative added a $5 credit so I could get my book. Not very happy with this purchase experience.

I purchased this book last week, but the book was returned for a reason unknown to me. I am attempting to purchase this book for the second time because I need it for class. I did appreciate the timely refund, but did not want the book returned.
