I have ordered the same book from the same merchant twice. That order has been cancelled and refunded with no explanation, and the same item STILL shows on the site, as available.

This is my second time ordering this book. The first time I checked out and my credit card was charged. Several days after that I received an email stating my order had been cancelled due to irregularities in the billing info provided. Its a good thing that I chose to order the book so far in advance of my class start date. I can't understand how my credit card can be charged and then it be determined that there was irregularities with my billing info. I tried contacting customer service and they repeatedly told me the same thing without considering what I was saying. I verified multiple time that there was no errors in my billing information I provided. I just re-ordered this book using the same exact billing info. We will see what happens this time. Terrible customer service. Cannot speak to anyone on the phone. Keep getting gaslit and told that it was something I did when clearly it wasn't.
