Just bought a book

Too long ago to remember. Why do you need 50 characters? The last time I ordered from you was years ago. Also, I don't remember the date, so why do I have to fill out that field before I can place my order. This is a nightmare I'm not likely to repeat.

The website is very hard to navigate on a cell phone. I had an order cancelled because the shipping/billing address ended up auto filling twice, duplicating the street portion of the address. It wasn't noticeable until I returned to the site again after the order was cancelled and double checked.

After ordering it, a few days later, you told me it was no longer available. Now I have to wait for you to refund my money. When I order a book and it shows as in stock, I should be given some sort of credit or discount for the inconvenience. I fulfilled my end.

The email for coupon landed on promotion, and I did not open for long time. Until I did not receive confirmation on the next order, I checked elsewhere to find out if it landed elsewhere, then I found the coupon. When I placed order, I left it open for checking the coupon but did not find it in the inbox. When I got back to Ecampus, there was another order form appeared so I refilled the order on that form and paid. After I closed out the tabs, I found that the order that I left open to look for the coupon was still opened for the lower price. Why did you/Ecampus send me another order form at that time then? That was how I was stuck with paying higher price without using the coupon, and I am not working, it's tough!
