I placed an initial order, then was told it was canceled due to some question about my payment method, and my money would be refunded. In order to refund me, that means my payment went through, so then what was the issue. I reordered and will see what happens.

They provide a very big display saying that all orders over $35 are free shipping. Except this doesn't work with Marketplace offers, which is by far the greatest way they sell their books. Very misleading and disappointing.
