I have ordered form ECampus on more than one occasion and I have always had a great experience. No issues, fast shipping, and books are always in great condition!
I purchased my textbooks with 2-day shipping. After 2 days, they had not even shipped. I contacted customer service, and they told me that it would be over a week before they would arrive. Now, my classes start, and I am behind. Customer service may refund me for the shipping, but none of the costs of the books, and they wouldn't expedite to help me get them before my class. Why advertise something that you wouldn't be able to fulfill? I would have purchased these books from my campus store and would have them in time if I didn't rely on this sketchy service.
Seller did not send me the book I ordered. Seller did not respond to repeated emails. Then I noted that this seller had predominantly negative reviews. Why is this seller allowed to sell on the website with all those negative reviews? Then the customer service asked me to wait for one week to finally agree to refund me money. I will wait for my credit card bill to see if I am actually refunded. If not, I'll have to ask my credit card company to intervene.

I have to resubmit payment information twice on every order. The information I enter is the same each time, but for some reason, the order is not created unless I enter the CC information twice.
The order process is very efficient, however there does seem to be an extended delay in actual fulfillment of the order.

I purchased a more expensive option to receive the best used book possible. The shipper put this heave book into paper and the spine was broken I. Shipment.
One book had stains on it, but the rest were in graet shape considering how much I paid to rent them for!

I am starting Law School this August, and while I was initially excited to find a website that seemingly had all of my necessary textbooks available at a price where I would actually be able to buy them used rather than just rent them, I realized it was slightly too good to be true. My textbook order was cancelled initially by their automated system, and once I finally got helped and replaced the order, even with the complimentary coupon they gave me for the trouble, the order cost more than the initial one I had placed, which was a bummer. Then, I went to place another order, and only one of the books was fulfilled - the other book in the order was cancelled. I had to come back to this website and rent the book instead of buy it with expedited shipping because I needed this book at the time they predicted to have it sent to me, and instead now it is going to be here late, and I don't even get to own it. The prices are great and the books are in good condition when they actually come, but you can't guarantee that your order will actually go through or come in on time.
It was easy to find the books I needed and I appreciate the flexibility with different payment options. Buying the used books was the most inexpensive I had found online so far as well.
