I used ecampus 9 ago for a master's program. It is great that they have such a wide selection of books, that you will more than likely find the books that you need at an affordable rental price. So when this semester or quarter is over, you can return any books that you do not need and you can purchase the books that you want to keep

Please place the textbook with a paper cover, packaging material, or have it sealed with a plastic wrap in the packaging. I had a textbook arrive only in a box and it didn't have a plastic wrap or paper cover to help cushion the textbook to prevent damages. This would be helpful.

Order was cancelled and I had to place it again - hoping it completes this time. I would have liked to have been able to call a service line to try and get help. Had to wait for chat to open. They could not fix it and told me I just had to order it again. They did give me a $5 credit for the hassle.
My order was canceled after I placed it and now will not receive the book before classes start. It will also take a week to get my money back. Unacceptable.
I like that there are so many options regarding how to order books.
