I placed the order with 2 weeks of lead way before my class started online on the 18th of August. I week ago I received a message that my package was delivered, I go to my mailbox and I find an empty sealed package, once I open the package there is only an order form and that is it. I send a message with picture of the issue. I was told I would receive an update on this issue within 2 business days and today is the 19th of August and to this day no textbook and my online class started yesterday and no one seems to make it a priority even after the fact that I have mentioned time and time again that my class starts on August 18,2025.
The package delivered fast and came in good condition and it was also very afford able

I've noticed a lot of the prices are close to purchasing the book and I think that they should make the prices more reasonable since we're renting for we're only 16 weeks I had a customer service rep say that they price their prices that are like other websites but if you think about it, if you made them lower price more people would come to you and not worry about other websites make your rentals more affordable
Books aren't really affordable, if Ur renting, it shouldn't cost the almost the same amount as buying it new.
