Why would they list a textbook as available, then after almost a week let me know it's not even in their warehouse yet and they have no idea how long it will be? Fail. Cancelled my order and went with a different site.

Horrible site, do not purchase books

Prices were better than most sites, but when trying to return a book I didn't need, I received no response despite emailing them multiple times and speaking to two live agents. I was told that I had to return the item within 15 days (which I tried to do five times: three via email, two via live agent) but was not able to because the time had passed to return the item and was told "there was nothing they could do" about it. I do not recommend buying books from here.

Don't rent!

They sent me a book that was already damaged then after I sent the book they charged me! I wasn't aware that I had to report a book that was already damaged! Because that's how they sent it to me that way I will never rent from ecampus again!

Quick and easy to order books!

Needed books to arrive quickly for grad classes before Christmas and got them in right on time! Was also quick and easy to order and ship. Afterwards it's easy to return, simply print off the label and drop it off. Such a help!

Dishonest Hustle or Poor Delivery?

I have rented books from this company a few times and I have been diligent about returning products on time and in excellent condition. However, recently I returned an expensive book and they, specifically an eCampus customer serivice rep named *, charged me for the whole price of the book although I returned it on time, only rented it, and did not damage it. They blamed me for damaging the book and they would not accept the fact that the book was in excellent condition when I dropped it off at UPS. So they charged me for some 200 dollar book because that's probably how they make money. It may have been UPS's fault but idk, they screwed me a few hundred dollars though. I would have recommended them until this happened but now I would certainly not recommend them.
