I received the wrong item, and it is been more than a week, trying to get my refund. No one has the time to play emails every day for your mistake.
I ordered my book for two day shipping. It took a few days to get shipped then took even more to actually ship and arrive.
Ordered an item that did not show it was not in stock on 3/21. Received an email on 3/25 saying "Due to a change in availability from our supplier, the following items have yet to arrive in our warehouse." Meaning the item was not in stock and should have been marked as such in it's listing.
I rented a book and then immediate saw I didn't need it and canceled to get a refund. They did not give me the refund.

The book is great and they were the only source available to deliver in my area. The only issue is that they told me i would have it in 3-7 business days and it took over 3 weeks. They did keep me informed of the delays, but unfortunately I needed the book sooner for work. Cost me some explaining at work on trying to justify $200 in books that I didn't receive on time.
The book was still in shrink wrap so it came with the access code that gave me and my student access to extra documents and quizzes for each chapter.
Do business with them only if you like being ripped off, lied to, manipulated and degraded. Mark my words.

After waiting (in vain) for this book set to come from another vendor, I was uncertain if eCampus would be able to deliver. They did, however, and even saved me a few dollars. Very good experience with a new (used) book seller!

Answer: Ecampus.com does not honor their payout times. I've been waiting 8 weeks now and still have not received payment. They also do not honor the method of payment you choose. I chose direct deposit to ensure fast delivery of the payment. They instead have decided to mail me a check, which I still have not received. Do not sell your used textbooks to ecampus.com if you actually want to receive reimbursement for them.
