Received all the books I ordered in short order. Online ordering is quick and easy.

I wish the process was faster than it was. The book was way over price for a rental.

It was very easy and user friendly when checking out.

I found the prices and condition of the books I needed. They were better overall than the other sites that I visited, and it did not disappoint upon delivery.

I ordered a law book (ISBN10:*******284) on 5/9/22 and received confirmation. Nowhere on the site, nor in their confirmation email did it state that the book was out of stock.

However, after waiting 4 days with no updates or tracking information, I contacted eCampus Customer Service only to be told that ecampus was still waiting to get the book!

From Chat Support:
We are waiting for this item to arrive to our warehouse to ship to your location.

Will most likely get the book after class starts. Extremely disappointed, if I had known they did not have books in stock, I would have used another online bookstore.

Chat can't access order numbers. Just tell you to call a number the next day. Sort of silly at a minimum. Waiting for an order... blaming it on their supplier despite their claim the book was in stock.

Hard to get everything at on campus bookstores at reasonable prices for renting instead of buying. ECampus is a good alternative

Awful customer service. I was in a live chat trying to get questions answered about my rental. My agent disconnected chat once and on second chat she disregarded my statements and told me she couldn't help and it didn't matter. I returned a rental book and they still wanted me to pay $55 to buy the rental after it was sent back with their shipping label months before return. I have rented many books through many platforms for college and this is the only one I have ever been scammed by. Save your time and money and go through Amazon first before you're out $150.

Easy to select and purchase materials for class. Received on the date communicated in purchase confirmation.

The book is in mad shape and the price of the rental seemed a little high.

Very easy to find what I needed however ordered over two weeks almost three weeks ago and still haven't received

The books will still pricey, but they came in excellent condition however, I ordered them a week and a half before my class started and they arrived 2 days after my class started.

The Fokker Dr. 1 is an excellent but very mysterious aircraft. So I was supposed to find out what is the matter of difficulty to fly this plane with this book. Unfortunatly, I have not get this book and still not been finding it yet. There whoever have some experience as the pilot would be interested in the stick & rudders of this triplane. I am not giveup to get this item.

Easy delivery and ordering process and good price.

I was nervous to buy a textbook through a website like this (compared to amazon or my schools bookstore, no offense) but I am so glad I did! I really needed a book for my Interior Textiles class. My professor put it in the syllabus so I bought it. He then sent out an email to everyone saying it was okay if we didn't have it, apparently it was discontinued and it was really difficult for people to find. I have class tonight, so I'll definitely tell everyone to get it from eCampus!

Your online help/chat/service would not respond to any questions. Unhappy that book hasn't been shipped.

I sold my book 4 months ago and Sent it to ecampus. They still didn't pay me. They keep sending emails that The payment has failed and that the check was lost and all this bull$#*!.
They are thieves, do not use this website!
