Overall I have the item I paid for but I have one complaint. When purchasing I selected the most premium shipping option costing 30 dollar's titled one day shipping (or so I remember but definitely to this affect). My item took an entire week to arrive thus negating the purpose of having it shipped speedily. When contacting customer service and asking for a refund they justified themselves by saying one nay shipping means it ships in one day. So I basically paid 30 dollar's extra for them to do their job in one day. Thanks I would have paid more fore the truly speedy shipping.

Delivery took longer than expected but good price and condition

The experience of searching for the right edition was great it was in stock to purchase new, used or rental. I compared the cost online and it's competitors, this was a great choice for the cost and I received a coupon to assist in the purchase of the book for it to be more cost efficient.

The book took a little longer than I expected to come in but for a used book it's in great condition. It is a pretty large sized and HEAVY book that is paperback so its not something that's easy to read in your lap on the couch.
