The company has garnered a generally positive reputation, with customers frequently praising the affordability, quality, and timely delivery of their textbooks. Many users appreciate the ease of use of the platform and the availability of digital content, which enhances their overall experience. However, concerns regarding shipping delays and issues with receiving incorrect items have been noted, leading to some frustration among customers. While the rental process is typically smooth, the inconsistency in delivery times and occasional miscommunication about order fulfillment suggest areas for improvement in customer service and logistics.

This was my first time using ecampus & I have no complaints. Good price. Book is in good condition.
Items were easy to find on website. Prices were great value for what I ordered.
No hiccups. Got my book on time; it's in great shape
So glad I went with ecampus- Yes, it looks like a scam site, but it isnt! I went with my gut ordered my rental book (which looked new) and received it in a few days. So happy!
Book arrived on time, but was in bad condition (tapped together and close to falling apart on the binding).
Products arrived quickly and the ship date was updated to arrive sooner.
Thank you for choosing eCampus!
Good good good good good good good good good good good
I ordered the book January 25th and it came February 4th. The price was decent and the came wrapped and new.
Relevant info was not provided prior to orvat time of order about the subsequent need for a recipient to have to create an online account with ECampus (if they didn't already have one) n order to subsequently redeem an eBook through VitalSource Bookshelf.
Despite eCsmpus obviously being cognizant of what would be needed when one enters a recipient's email address, it is not clear how a customer would have somehow even known that the recipient would have needed to do that by virtue of the purchaser simply just adding the recipient's email address into the recipient field, when yet there is nothing indicating that the recipient would need to create an account if they didn't already have one.
Where does it show this relevant info for a customer to see when purchasing an item for someone else?
ECampus may have this relevant info in their system, however that does not equate to meaning that a customer is somehow supposed to be aware of that when that is not even reflected anywhere on the ordering page, nor on the item description page.
The website simply just only showed a field to enter an email address of a person that I was purchasing the item for. It did not say anything that would have made me aware that person would have needed to have or create an eCampus account.
It would have been nice and better for eCampus to make this kind of important relevant info clear and obvious on the ordering page to customers prior to or at the time of order.
Instead of choosing to not put that info there, and presuming that customers would somehow know that would be needed to be done, only for this to cause unnecessary delays with my son not being able to access his course material in order to have his eBook in time for his class.
My experience with Ecampus was overall pretty good.
I was able to find my book at a lower price on another website. It was a total of $50. Although that happened customer service was able to help me return my book,
Hostage due to Covid. I have enrolled in an EMT class in Montana at flat head community college. The bookstore did not have the required text at the cost of $59 as due to a supplier problem. The only way we could get the textbook for the class that began was through email or directly to the publishing company. However I feel like we were all being taken advantage because the price range for rental was more than the cost of the text. Then you had to return the text to eCampus after the class. Cost for textbooks were in the $300 range. I think we're all being taken advantage of and being ripped off by the system.
Thank you for choosing eCampus!
Very good experience. The book is very beautiful. I received the book in a timely manner. However, the expedited shipping was too expensive.
Love it. They are trustworthy and have great prices. Got my class textbook that would've been 33bucks for only six dollars
Low prices for two books I needed. Shipping was free and timely.
Everything went smooth, can't complain at all! Book was available as soon as I needed it.
Answer: You can write or highlight in book as long as it less than 1/3 of the page/book.
Answer: Unfortunately, the ebook version of this bundle does not include the access code. Access codes are one-time use only, and are only provided with New versions.
Answer: Ecampus.com does not honor their payout times. I've been waiting 8 weeks now and still have not received payment. They also do not honor the method of payment you choose. I chose direct deposit to ensure fast delivery of the payment. They instead have decided to mail me a check, which I still have not received. Do not sell your used textbooks to ecampus.com if you actually want to receive reimbursement for them.
