The company has garnered a generally positive reputation, with customers frequently praising the affordability, quality, and timely delivery of their textbooks. Many users appreciate the ease of use of the platform and the availability of digital content, which enhances their overall experience. However, concerns regarding shipping delays and issues with receiving incorrect items have been noted, leading to some frustration among customers. While the rental process is typically smooth, the inconsistency in delivery times and occasional miscommunication about order fulfillment suggest areas for improvement in customer service and logistics.

Quick and easy! I needed access to my textbooks quickly and this works perfectly
Ecampus has begun holding every book hostage claiming that every books publisher is requiring from them a verification process to confirm the item is authentic in an email they send to you after they receive your books. Their website rules state that "Books determined to be potentially inauthentic or suspicious in origin will be forwarded to the publisher for verification" How can eampus DETERMINE that any book is inauthentic if they need the PUBLISHER to determine that? Yet they are holding EVERY book of yours. So, without proof to you, they are keeping your expensive property. Join us in a Class A. They must prove that EVERY publisher is making these demands from them. They must prove that your book WAS physically viewed BY the publisher Lastly, they must share this criteria on their website where all can see.
Everything was fine until I started to receive one of these for every order: We are contacting you in regard to your eCampus.com buyback transaction number #xxx? Xx. The publisher(s) of xxx is requiring a verification process to confirm the item is authentic. As a result, payment of this transaction is being delayed and, pending the publisher verification, could be denied. If payment is denied, the item in question will be quarantined indefinitely by the publisher. If the item is cleared by the publisher, then payment processing of your transaction will resume. At this time, we are uncertain when the verification process will be complete. Yeah? Well show me proof and give me back my 100.00 books. They're Liars the Publishers are not requesting this otherwise I would get this message from the other trading companies

When I clicked to purchase from ecampus.com, I paid $86 for a textbook that they went out and bought from their marketplace vendor for $33. I didn't want that textbook - I'd seen it in the marketplace - which is why I paid more to buy what I thought was from the company's stock. They hide how they process your purchase, and share your personal information with their vendors. This might be legal, but it's very scammy and predatory.
ETA: They did a partial refund but still left me significantly overpaying, annd only after repeated attempts by me to rectify the situation. I stand by my original comment: Run Away. Do Not Use. My first of 3 children is starting college this Fall and she knows to stay away from this scammy site.
Book was new, no tare or wear, between the day I ordered it and the date I received was be perfect timing.
The overall experience was good. I had no issues with the online transaction, however, I didnt know the book was used but it is not in bad shape.
I was able to find what I needed at a reasonable price. Free shipping was great to have to save some money.
It was spectacular, amazing, memorable, and golden.
I will order from eCampus. Again. I love the experience
It's was overall a great experience, I got books in a timely manner. I would recommend buying your course materials 2 weeks in advance before class starts so there is time for shipping. Especially if you're paying for standard shipping.

Your momma loved this book every time I read it to her when she was visiting D's!
Answer: You can write or highlight in book as long as it less than 1/3 of the page/book.
Answer: Unfortunately, the ebook version of this bundle does not include the access code. Access codes are one-time use only, and are only provided with New versions.
Answer: Ecampus.com does not honor their payout times. I've been waiting 8 weeks now and still have not received payment. They also do not honor the method of payment you choose. I chose direct deposit to ensure fast delivery of the payment. They instead have decided to mail me a check, which I still have not received. Do not sell your used textbooks to ecampus.com if you actually want to receive reimbursement for them.

Thank you for choosing eCampus!
