Everything was great and easy to navigate. It was very super good
I ordered two books and they were sent to the wrong place. I tried live chat but they disconnected the second they come on. I tried multiple times and they never said anything to me. Then I emailed them and they got back pretty quick but they asked me to verify my address, I did and the automatic response just asked again. Also they send multiple emails and its messy and hard to read. I finally call them and they said they would ship it back to them and then to me, it has been 14 days and I'm still waiting. They promised e-books while I wait for the books to come, but they can't figure that out either. They said it should be on my bookshelf in 24-48 hours. 48 hours later I ask them about it and they said it was the weekend so that doesn't count, but will be on my shelf by Tuesday. Wednesday I asked about my ebooks via call and email, I finally get an email saying it's on my bookshelf after, but they weren't! I call again and the only thing I get is that they don't know where my books are and that I will get the temporary ebooks in 24-48 hours. I have been in class for close to 3 weeks and they know that but my books don't seem to be a priority. Will not use again, worse customer service then Ultrasaber, only people who got one knows what I'm talking about.
The ordering process was easy with quick shipping time. It came with twin holding together the looseleaf which is so helpful.
I wish I could have found a buy outright option. The only place that had a print copy of my book

The book in the form it is published is unmanageable to sit and read. It is too large much bigger in immensions to set on your lap or open and read. I have not yet read it but wanted to use it as a text since I am used to the prior editions size etc.

Answer: Ecampus.com does not honor their payout times. I've been waiting 8 weeks now and still have not received payment. They also do not honor the method of payment you choose. I chose direct deposit to ensure fast delivery of the payment. They instead have decided to mail me a check, which I still have not received. Do not sell your used textbooks to ecampus.com if you actually want to receive reimbursement for them.
