Got my books two days after they were supposed to come, which I paid extra for them to come by a certain date. Hoping the company will do something about this, but we will see.
I was told it would take 3-5 days to arrive, but it took a little over a week. Not too bad, except my tracking number was not actually connected to anything when i followed the link that was automatically texted to me. Not too upset though, just glad to have my textbook and to not have paid so much for it!

Found a book I needed for such a reasonable price, and it's in great condition
ECampus has the very competitive price, unfortunately, after they shipped out the book, they don't want to bare any responsibilities for shipping carrier. There were 3 businesses days without any tracking updates. I requested customer service rep to track for me, they refused and told me to do it myself. It is really unacceptable, I paid for the order and I have to track everything by myself, not to mention I didn't even know which shipping carrier did they use. Very disappointed customer service.
Quick and easy appears to be the same book I could purchase at my school but less expensive and shipping was free, and I didn't have to go pick it up.
The book is usable but it came in very damaged and I had to make a claim so I didn't get charged for it.

Answer: Ecampus.com does not honor their payout times. I've been waiting 8 weeks now and still have not received payment. They also do not honor the method of payment you choose. I chose direct deposit to ensure fast delivery of the payment. They instead have decided to mail me a check, which I still have not received. Do not sell your used textbooks to ecampus.com if you actually want to receive reimbursement for them.
