Did not come from eCampus

My book was in a UPS bag, inside a box, inside another box. Within the first box was an Amazon gift receipt that said "Enjoy your gift". Nothing on any box or the UPS bag contained the company name of eCampus. Additionally, there was no receipt or paperwork of any kind.

Previously I wrote: "Why am I re-ordering? Why was my order cancelled and refunded?"

Then, I got an email saying: Hey Jonathan,

* From eCampus.com wanted to reach out to you personally about your review:

"Good afternoon Johathan, [MISSPELLED]
We have reviewed your account, there was a disputed filed by you with your bank. All future orders will be canceled until we receive proof that the dispute has been resolved. We will need documentation from your bank on company letterhead. If you need any further information, please contact customer service at *******909. Thank you -eCampus"

And yet, order # ******* was sent to me recently without issue.

The dispute is over $10 because you asked me to pay an optional $10 charge last time to ensure my books get delivered on time... and then they weren't. So I felt I deserved a refund of that $10, and your representative would only give me store credit. Just let it go for goodness' sake. I've spent over a thousand dollars with you and you want to blow up that business relationship over $10.

Your website also falsely claims Order # *******, shipped 1/13/2022, is "on its way." I think that family law textbook is the one I got from you extremely late for an EXTRA $10.
