My book was in a UPS bag, inside a box, inside another box. Within the first box was an Amazon gift receipt that said "Enjoy your gift". Nothing on any box or the UPS bag contained the company name of eCampus. Additionally, there was no receipt or paperwork of any kind.

One book was falling apart and they did give me a $20 credit but it was not worth $100.
I'm enjoying it. I could read this book over and over and over for a long time. Just have to see if I can share it with another computer so I can download and print it. My tablet can't download pages that is to big.

The dispute is over $10 because you asked me to pay an optional $10 charge last time to ensure my books get delivered on time... and then they weren't. So I felt I deserved a refund of that $10, and your representative would only give me store credit. Just let it go for goodness' sake. I've spent over a thousand dollars with you and you want to blow up that business relationship over $10.
Your website also falsely claims Order # *******, shipped 1/13/2022, is "on its way." I think that family law textbook is the one I got from you extremely late for an EXTRA $10.

Easy experience! I just wish it. Came with a code. But that has little to do with this company.
Answer: You can write or highlight in book as long as it less than 1/3 of the page/book.
Answer: Unfortunately, the ebook version of this bundle does not include the access code. Access codes are one-time use only, and are only provided with New versions.
Answer: Ecampus.com does not honor their payout times. I've been waiting 8 weeks now and still have not received payment. They also do not honor the method of payment you choose. I chose direct deposit to ensure fast delivery of the payment. They instead have decided to mail me a check, which I still have not received. Do not sell your used textbooks to ecampus.com if you actually want to receive reimbursement for them.
