It's disgusting that you all refused to fulfill my order until after I contacted your company and pointed out the fact that you're selling the same book and edition for $50.
It's further inciting that your representative * Decided it was my fault that I wont receive a book ordered two full weeks before the beginning of class until the second or third week of class. I will now be ill prepared thanks to your corporate greed.
Your organization is still trash, you all can pretend like the issue was positively resolved, but the fact that it took so long I submitted my review on January 12, after placing the order on January 2nd. This update is on January 24. Don't play with me.

Easy to order and reasonably priced; however, gotten a problem with the seven day free trial on ebook as the physical book is shipped. Contacted customer service, but it took a long time to be resolved to the point where I could not get the 7 day ebook trial, since the book was already delivered. But, the physical books are in good condition and look brand new!
