I rented 2 textbooks, but the website only allowed me to return 1 at the end of the rental period; this would trigger a late fee of hundreds of dollars for the book I could not return. When I asked customer service about it, they purposefully avoided answering my questions and kept closing my chat.
Was quick and easy. No trouble at all and very intuitive. I got my books in a timely manner with no complications. No complaints here.

First, we visited the Pearson online store to find a course material textbook. We wanted to buy new ones. But the newest edition (2020) of the textbook wasn't available for sale.
