Went smooth and quick. They had what I needed. Only ones who even had it available, not even my own school had it in stock. Would recommend

If you're buying books from this website, please stay away from this one. There is absolutely no way to contact them if anything happens. I returned books with my own shipping, not using the free shipping label, and they kept saying that I had not returned them yet. I talked with someone on live chat, most likely AI, who said that they would not charge me as long as the book was returned. I did return all of the books, and ecampus even charged me $50 on my bank account when they said they wouldn't charge me. They are a scam.

I went to ecampus because I needed a book, but did not have a huge amount of money.

Charged my card without shipping the product. Then product was out of stock while they keep my money. No helpdesk chat available, no service at all.

Prices are really reasonable especially for a rental because I don't need to keep all these textbooks once I am done with the class

Frustrating. The books took 6 business days, but 1-4. There's a big difference when my daughter needs those books for class.

The seller advertised a book they did not have in stock and had no assurance they would be able to obtain it. I didn't "buy" with the idea I wanted someone help me to find the book. I responded to an offer of something I had every reason to believe they had available. The whole thing was a waste of my time and effort.
