4-8 business days for free shipping? I paid extra shipping costs to make sure my books got to my home in time for school. When you say free shipping, be honest about how long it will take with free shipping so other people won't pay extra to get it on time. Otherwise, books came within a few days of ordering and I'm good condition.

Fantastic First eCampus Experience!

I was in need of several pricey textbooks to study for a promotional exam with my fire department. Hoping to avoid paying full price and owning the text after, I was seeking options to rent the physical books. I found eCampus online, read some favorable reviews, verified that they had the books I needed, and placed the order. I paid a little extra to have them delivered sooner, and both books arrived on time and were in excellent condition. This was a great first experience, and I will absolutely consider using eCampus again in the future!

About my purchase- no explanation given...My payment cleared my bank without a problem. Then
Ecampus issued a refund of my payment. So no shipment of my order was ever received. Never

Majorly Screwed Over

Paid for a rental of $89 which is worth $305, the bulk due to the e-book and learning platform. A loose-leaf copy of the book comes with it. They received my loose-leaf, which I only touched the first few pages, in a rubber band with the pages completely wrecked--none of which was my doing. Had to do a dispute with my bank. I paid $400, for a textbook I could've bought anywhere else for cheaper. NEVER using this site again. Not to mention you CANNOT get an actual human being. Why? Because they don't give a crap about people or your story. You're just a price and number. Not to mention, if I want this loose-leaf and code I now have to pay for, I have to pick it up myself. Their argument: "terms and conditions," meaning you always will lose and get screwed over. I have rented books for four years for two different colleges. First time I have ever had a problem. Might as well used that money to take another community college class. I am paying $305 for damaged worksheets I did not damage plus the $89. Absolutely ridiculous. We will see if my dispute will even work. Only ever renting from colleges. Would've been cheaper to do that in the first place--and that's really saying something.

I forgot to add that my money was taken out before I received an email about damage leading me to believe I had my card stolen. The email of damage came the next day after taking my money out of my account with no heads up. Since then, I have been on and off with customer service which seem to be A.I.'s and not people. Additionally, I was told that they know their phone number does not work yet they still have one listed on their site? And I was also told I'd be receiving my rental money back to "resolve" the issue today. There is currently no money pending in my bank account and that does not resolve how frustrated I am with this company. I will be deleting my account when this is all over. As a broke college student in her 8th semester, use a different service. And take photos of your rentals before you send them back!

No issues getting the book but there were issues return it. They charged me a ton of fees after the fact. When I tried to contact customer service they were entirely unhelpful and kept copy and pasting the same messages.
