This has been a horrible experience two times in a row. I ordered my textbook the first time, and the order was canceled for no apparent reason. I contacted customer service, and all they could offer is a refund and $5 credit. I searched for the textbook again, and it was again available from the same seller and for the same price. I ordered the book again. A week later, I got a notice that the book I paid for was no longer available, and my order was canceled. There is something suspicious about the whole experience and random cancelation of my orders. Needless to say, I will not use this place for my textbook needs.
The transaction went smooth and the book looks brand new. It was the lowest price I found.
It took several tries before my account was established and I was able to purchase the online textbook.

It was a worst experience, I ordered book on June 11 and it was told that I will receive my book on June 19, but their shipping is so worst that I got my book on June 21, two days late.
The delivery time was quick and efficient, and I enjoyed using eCampus's services.
