The company has garnered a generally positive reputation, with customers frequently praising the affordability, quality, and timely delivery of their textbooks. Many users appreciate the ease of use of the platform and the availability of digital content, which enhances their overall experience. However, concerns regarding shipping delays and issues with receiving incorrect items have been noted, leading to some frustration among customers. While the rental process is typically smooth, the inconsistency in delivery times and occasional miscommunication about order fulfillment suggest areas for improvement in customer service and logistics.

The delivery time was quick and efficient, and I enjoyed using eCampus's services.
I purchased a book for someone, they cancelled my order because I was sending to a different address than the billing address, will not reply to emails. No way to get in touch. I would stay clear of this company.
I received the wrong book, I let them know. I was sent a return label. I repackaged the book and returned it using the label that was sent to me. I didn't receive a refund. I called a few weeks ago and spoke to someone who told me that the book had been received in the warehouse and there was problem sending the refund but that it would be taken care of. I still haven't received the $44.94 that I paid. I'm sure this can be resolved but I can say that I've spent way too much time on this.
I contacted eCampus through their chat option online. The person was very helpful and the chat was easy to use. The pricing was also the best compared to other sites like Amazon.
I understand orders take delays but I paid for express shipping and expected it to be here a day earlier. But it's fine I got the book now.
The ball found the book for a reasonable price. Shipping was also cheap and received in my book in less than a week I would definitely buy books from ecampus again.
Great, found what I needed. However, delivery took a while and now I don't need the book. Waste of money.
I only waited twelve days to receive my book. I thought that was very fast and efficient. There was a mix up with delivery and the ups lady was very professional and got my book to me no hassle. The service that I I just received was exceptional. The tracking was really easy to use making this a pleasure to use. What a wonderful experience. I will buy from there again.
Quick and easy, and fast delivery. The. APA guide is necessary for my work as a Librarian Instructor. Thank you.
Great it was exactly what I needed and easy to find
So far, so good. Awaiting shipping... but hope returning (at the rentals'-end) will be easier than with my schools bookstore. Had an awful experience with them.
Good so far. I hope the return is seem less as well.
Pay pal wouldn't open
Never received the book. Customer service quickly responded to query, offered replacement or refund. I requested replacement but they didn't have one so I will receive a refund.
My book was taking too long to ship, so I tried to cancel the order and purchased the book elsewhere. Of course they ignored my request to cancel the order and magically were able to ship it the next day.
I am not happy I was pushed into a corner and forced to spend an enormous amount of money for a book I cannot keep. I tried asking questions and got vague answers. One person said, "Oh you can just keep it if you want." If that is the case, why does it say RENT ONLY? Another person says, "It is a special program and this is rental only." Then I get the book and THE BOOK ITSELF says I am renting, but can keep it!
Ok, so if I can keep it, what does that mean? Do I need to pay MORE money? Is the money I gave you already good?
If I return it, what happens if I have highlighted all over it (because that is how I study and learn)?
This is all infuriating. People complain about student debt. How about not overcharging in the first place and not making ridiculous demands, and also, can we have STRAIGHT answers?
Received an email stating delivery delayed and textbook noting warehouse, yet I paid >$60 and there is no estimated time for arrival or when the boom will even arrive.
Quick and easy. Being able to purchase the book has already helped me in the class.
This was a cheap and easy option to use a digital book for a CE test.
Answer: You can write or highlight in book as long as it less than 1/3 of the page/book.
Answer: Unfortunately, the ebook version of this bundle does not include the access code. Access codes are one-time use only, and are only provided with New versions.
Answer: Ecampus.com does not honor their payout times. I've been waiting 8 weeks now and still have not received payment. They also do not honor the method of payment you choose. I chose direct deposit to ensure fast delivery of the payment. They instead have decided to mail me a check, which I still have not received. Do not sell your used textbooks to ecampus.com if you actually want to receive reimbursement for them.
