Wrong book

I received the wrong book, I let them know. I was sent a return label. I repackaged the book and returned it using the label that was sent to me. I didn't receive a refund. I called a few weeks ago and spoke to someone who told me that the book had been received in the warehouse and there was problem sending the refund but that it would be taken care of. I still haven't received the $44.94 that I paid. I'm sure this can be resolved but I can say that I've spent way too much time on this.

I only waited twelve days to receive my book. I thought that was very fast and efficient. There was a mix up with delivery and the ups lady was very professional and got my book to me no hassle. The service that I I just received was exceptional. The tracking was really easy to use making this a pleasure to use. What a wonderful experience. I will buy from there again.

Never received the book. Customer service quickly responded to query, offered replacement or refund. I requested replacement but they didn't have one so I will receive a refund.

I am not happy I was pushed into a corner and forced to spend an enormous amount of money for a book I cannot keep. I tried asking questions and got vague answers. One person said, "Oh you can just keep it if you want." If that is the case, why does it say RENT ONLY? Another person says, "It is a special program and this is rental only." Then I get the book and THE BOOK ITSELF says I am renting, but can keep it!

Ok, so if I can keep it, what does that mean? Do I need to pay MORE money? Is the money I gave you already good?

If I return it, what happens if I have highlighted all over it (because that is how I study and learn)?

This is all infuriating. People complain about student debt. How about not overcharging in the first place and not making ridiculous demands, and also, can we have STRAIGHT answers?
