Enjoy the service about the company. Each student should use this site to order or rent books. When I saw the prices I was very charmed.i will use this site fir now on.

My rental book arrived in good condition in a timely manner, but the prepaid shipping label to send it back at the end of the semester was not included!

It was very easy and I was able to trust the company. The items are of great quality.

Attempted to cancel order before book even shipped via email and was ignored. Shortly after, I received an email saying the book shipped, even though I requested a cancellation. When I got in contact with an agent they told me there's nothing I can do except ship it back and lose money due to the stocking fee. The reasoning they provided for ignoring my email was that they get a lot of emails so they missed it. Ended up having to pay the stocking fee when I never even wanted the book to ship in the first place and requested a cancellation. Will not be purchasing from here again

If you are looking for a bookstore to get your boo and not send your money only for them to keep your book and say it was in horrible shape when it was a brand new book; THIS IS YOUR PLACE! Do not send your books here to them! They are scammers! I sold my other book on beer money.com and they paid me and thing is that book was used. These people are horrible!' Then told me to get my book back I'd have to give them my credit card to get 12 dollars off to send it back! My best advice is DO NOT SEND YOUR BOOKS TO THESE PEOPLE!

Everything was made fairly easy to rent the textbook. The book arrived at my house in perfect condition. There is no highlighting, no pages missing, and overall just like new. While renting textbooks, normally they arrive in any shape or condition. That was not the case in this scenario. Everything was perfect and very reasonably priced.

It makes it look like you're paying less, but, after adding all fees to the price (taxes, shipping...) it ends up costing the same as buying the book. I would not have rented if they book was available for purchase elsewhere

I always tell others about buying their books from here, speicifcally using the marketplace option. I have never had a bad book from them. Even used books have been sufficent for my educational needs.
