I ordered and paid for a book. The order was charged to my account then refunded then charged again. I message to seller asked what was going on no response. Then it is refunded again, I message to seller again to ask what was going on no response. Apparently I am not getting my book, I assume that they sold the book to someone else and never bother to take it down. I assume that since no one bothered to respond to any of my questions regarding the purchase. If you want a book and want to be sure that you can actually get what you order don't purchase from here.

The books were very affordable and came to my house very quickly. They are in amazing shape and the whole process was really easy.

After purchasing a book a email was sent saying they didn't the book and can't find one

I never received my book and I had to pay a restock fee. I never received the item so it's still on your shelf. This was my first and last time purchasing anything off this site.

The book was cheap, and pearson is a great site for textbooks.

So I ordered 2 text books with expedited shipping. First off, don't waste your money on expedited shipping. They are in no hurry to ship anything. Do not believe the hype. Their customer service is non existent. Mostly BOTs and a very long wait time to chart with a human.

Good but expensive to me, easy to travel with! Helps me a lot!

Ordered two books with 1-day delivery service on Dec 28th. First book arrived and everything was fine great. Second book arrived on Jan 12th. The course for that book is only 5wks long and I received the book in week 3.

I never received a shipping confirmation email. Tried to call company and wasn't able to get through. The book finally arrived 12 days later.

I only wish that the use copy I purchased had been better described. As it turns out, it is in very good shape, but I did not know that when I ordered it and was worried it might have markings and other imperfections.

Going to college is expensive and so are textbooks. This was a great price and received after a snafu with the address and delivery. Good condition and very satisfied.
