It kept getting delayed and it's a rental! So I don't have it for that long to begin with!

Happen to find the site while looking to buy expensive text books for graduate school. It was easy to navigate, and I found what I needed quickly and it was very efficient. It gave me a few options, including rental, which worked well for me! For rentals, my books were in perfect condition! They came in within a few days. I was greatly impressed.

Cheap, easy service to get textbooks. Haven't returned it yet so I'm unsure if that will be equally easy but this was a great alternative option to others for the book I needed.

I had a great experience with eCampus.com, the book arrived in a timely manner.

Tried to purchase an etextbook, but site wouldn't accept my payment info so I asked for help from customer service - which is only over chat. The employee took and entered my payment information and was told the book would be available in 24 hours or less. Over 48 hours later I still couldn't access the book. I asked for help again to be told my purchase was "under investigation" but wouldn't tell me why or what that meant. Another 12+ hours and I get an email saying my order was cancelled. Still no explanation as to why. They charged my card at time of initial purchase with help from the employee, but wouldn't give me access to the book, then said it would take 3-5 business days to give a refund. This site SUCKS! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
