The textbook I ordered was very hard to find for purchase on other websites. The other limited options were also at a very high overall cost. This purchase was not only affordable, the shipping was efficient, and the book is in great condition.

Being able to rent this book was amazing. It's an intro course and I did not want to spend so much on a book I would not reference in 5 years from now.

I rented multiple textbooks through Ecampus because they offered the best price for law school textbooks. They say you can rent the book at a lower rate and then return it at the end of the semester. I was charged full price at the end of the semester because my books were "damaged." I asked customer service to explain how they were damaged, because the textbooks were in good shape when I sent them back. They told me I was being charged for "excessive highlighting" and was charged $300 for each book. When they sent me a picture of the "excessive highlighting," three lines of text had been highlighted. I was ripped off and there is no appeals process. Do not rent or use Ecampus if you plan on highlighting in the books. Maybe just don't use Ecampus at all. Completely predatory to students who do not have $$$$$ to spend thousands on new books.

Renting the textbook was easy to do through their website, and the book showed up on time!

The listing was very up-front and accurate about the arrival time of the textbook. I received it in great condition and was notified of the shipment progress multiple times.

Quick and easy process. Wish I had ordered all my text this way. Only one thing, I'm unsure about the return process but I'm sure I'll get an email.
