If I were to have purchased this book through my university's bookstore, I would have paid substantially more, so I am pleased with the book I received for the price I paid.

I rented a book from ecampus last semester and when I received the book a few of the pages were wrinkled but nothing out of the ordinary for a used rental book. However, when I returned the rental I was charged a fee of OVER $100 because the book was deemed "UNUSABLE" citing water damage. I returned the book in the same condition in which it was received. When I originally opened the shipping packaging nothing was wet, and while the book was in my care no water came in contact with the book. Because I did not report the "damage" when I received the book, ecampus deemed that it occurred while in my care. Customer service was entirely unhelpful and is only available via "live chat" which is also ridiculous. If you choose to rent from this company report any less than perfect issues with the books right away, otherwise they may charge you a ridiculous amount of money. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY and will NEVER use them again nor suggest it to my friends/fellow students. I wish I could give them less than 1 star because they don't even deserve that. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!

I cancelled my book order with customer service. I was told my refund would go back to my Venmo Account in 3-5 business days. It never arrived. I contacted customer service again and this time was told I would get my refund in 30 days via check in the mail, but since they only cut checks on Thursdays, it would be an additional week. Unless you have unlimited time to chase down your refund with customer service, I would order from somewhere else.

It is ok with free shipping. Thanks for that. However, there is no refund for price changing even within 2 to 3 weeks since ordered.

My experience was good as textbook rentals go. I used a price comparison, and this was the cheapest one.

The site was easy to use and navigate however I had 2 other items that were cancelled and got no notification. It was only when I realized that I hadn't gotten the books- about 2 weeks later that I found out.

Great condition, hard cover copy, few scribbles in some of the pages, otherwise great condition! This copy IS actually the 2024 Release Edition, regardless of the picture shown of the old edition. Would highly recommend! I saved A LOT by renting this online rather than purchasing in my college bookstore. Fast delivery.

Book is good enough for class, but item description wasn't clear that it would be printed on very thin flimsy paper hole punched for a 3 ring binder.

HORRIBLE! The book claimed it would be delivered in a matter of days and instead took weeks! The book came in too late and I couldn't complete my assignments in time so I got a 0% on all the assignments that required this book to complete. All because it wasn't delivered in time. I paid a ridiculous rented amount of $50 all for it too come in weeks too late and completely filthy dirty! It has dirt and every kind of stains you can possibly imagine on it and all kinds of writings and highlighting's! I couldn't even touch the thing without putting gloves on! The experience and this book and the price, all of it is just HORRIBLE! NEVER will i rent or buy a book from this company again!
