I selected standard shipping for my order which unbeknownst to me was actually usps bound printed matter, which is USPS slowest and least reliable method. Now I have to worry about my textbook not arriving before my classes start. Ecampus should label shipping methods clearly at checkout "standard" should be referred to as "economy".
My son ordered the book first but was cancelled due to some issue that ecampus couldn't verify his credit card, I had to order the book for him.
