It was a Fast checkout after i setup the account and made the order

I had to cancel my order for the Mergers and Acquisitions book because it was still awaiting fulfillment a week after I ordered it

It's been three and a half weeks since I ordered my books and still haven't received my complete order. I have only received one book. My semester already began and I've gone 2.5 weeks without my textbooks. I have always used ecampus and have had positive experiences but this time, I am extremely disappointed in the time it has taken to receive my order. I thought i would receive my order in 7 business days but it's been 17 days and still nothing.

The process of ordering was great...the time between order and delivery was almost 2 weeks though.

It's been 17 days and I haven't received my order. My shipment was "returned to sender," so I've been told that the package is considered delivered. I've reached out to customer service several times and have yet to receive any follow up or satisfactory response. This is unbelievably frustrating, and I paid $150 to rent a textbook for a semester, and am now fighting to prove that I haven't received the book, and won't even have it for the entire semester now (classes started last week).

The coupons and list prices are deceiving and it does not come out any cheaper than other places. I paid extra for expedited shipping and saw the book located 5 miles down the road on a Friday and no delivery until Tuesday. Wouldn't have needed to pay the extra money for faster shipping.

It was good i went on my schools website it directed me here, then it was easy and made it easy to order online

The book itself is pretty standard, unfortunately it doesn't come with the required ECode for homework for my class so I had to make another purchase to buy the code that came with the EBook. If I had known originally, I wouldn't have rented this, but that's more my fault than the eCampus. It might be nice to have a more visible note somewhere that most classes require codes that are not included with these.

Simple as that, ordered and it delivered... Nothing more to say

They sent me the wrong book and when I reached out they said they didn't have the book I ordered in stock. I don't know why they let me buy a book that wasn't available, but they did. Huge waste of my time

It was efficient and helpful for my college semester. The book is exactly what I needed

Some were different editions which isn't ideal in an ELA high school classroom (ordered 25); however, I can make it work. Fast & cheap shipping.

The book is in great condition. It came quickly. It has 'rental copy' printed on the front of the book. I'm wondering if there is any difference in the rental copy and the actual copy. There was no description online about this.

Expensive, not easy to navigate at all. I'm still figuring out how to return my book.
