I purchased a book and discovered when I got it that I had ordered the wrong book. It says I can return it within 30 days and when I called the number provided on the label for returns they have told me they are not able to help me and have given me an email address to contact instead. I have attempted to request a return through that email address with no response. Very frustrating and I will not be purchasing from eCampus again. Be aware!
