Books came quicker than expected! We have told everyone to shop with ecampus.com!

I need to return the book. The school misinrolled me.I'm taking this class next semester and I need to have the book as an e book, not a hardback.

The shipping experience was really fast and actuate. I felt it met all of my standards and expectations.

I did send an email explaining I paid extra for expediting but the books were not delivered on time. No one ever replied to my email.

I had a bad experience with this. I bought one textbook from here because it was the only place that offered it. It said the book would arrive three days before the semester started. It did not arrive until three weeks into the semester. They didn't send any emails warning me and when I contacted them, they said the book wasn't in stock? Now I'm behind on my school work and I'm seeing now that it's rental only. This is a book I'll need for my future career. Absolutely ridiculous. I'll never use this site again.

Delivery updates were unclear, and I could't reach customer support. Improvements in these areas would be helpful.

I was a little worried being told I needed textbooks because I know they can be expensive. ECampus has multiple different options for prices and I can return the book.

I received it in a timely manner and the book was in good condition.
