Item never arrived and ecampus would not refund me my money. Poor customer service. You can't actually talk with anyone, you can only email or chat. Quite inefficient.

I ordered a book in quick delivery, payed extra money, and a week after the deadline, I had to contact the company just for them to tell me the book in not available. I was refunded and nothing else was done. I usually try to be very understanding for every situation that arises, but the complete ignoring of a customer is very unprofessional and upsetting.

The books were delivered just in time for school, although a PDF version of the first couple chapters would be helpful in the situations where assignments are due but the book hasn't arrived. This feature would be convenient especially since the books are paid for or rented out.
