Unsatisfied with customer service

One of my books shipped on time and the second didn't. I received the first book about a week after ordering and the second didn't ship until after 9 days from ordering. The customer rep I spoke to also didn't help and tried to tell me that I was confused about shipping times. I chose the "ship working 3-5" days and it shipped 9 days after.

Cannot be trusted

I ordered a textbook for rental. It did not arrive even after the expected delivery date, and tracking information was not working. I waited patiently, thinking there was a delay. I followed up with an email to Customer Service, which just sent me an automated reply telling me to check the tracking number. I chatted with Customer Service, and the agent supposedly checked my order number and told me that it should be delivered the following day. I waited two more days and there was no delivery. I contacted Customer Service again via chat, and this time the agent said the item must have been lost in transit. I did not receive fair customer service for this order and no longer trust this company.

Just what we needed

Were on the hunt for a used textbook of a particular edition. These guys had just what we needed. We chose to buy the used book vs rent it. Arrived as described, pretty quick shipping. Not cheap, but less expensive than new!

Book descriptions vague (unclear if supplemental materials exist for textbook un the first place, had to contact a representative to confirm I was even ordering the right thing) and check out process awful. Coupon code did not work. Paypal integration didn't work.
