It was easy to find what I needed and they didn't cost a lot of money for the books I needed.

I received a notification that "oops" - we don't have the book we advertised, sorry!

You can't purchase or rent a textbook without creating an account, and that's partly just me hating when I have to create an account for every single online interaction or purchase. I also wasn't able to use a discount code that was displayed on every page, which turns out it was not available for use on most major publishers' textbooks, nor for rentals. I don't think I'll ever be satisfied with textbook prices; they always seem exorbitantly high, especially considering resale is the tiniest fraction of purchase price.

Site said book should ship within 2-3 business days. Once ordered, status showed "awaiting shipment from trusted partner". For two weeks. During the wait, the site was unable to provide any more specifics, or cancel the order because it was "in process". Finally received the book weeks after I ordered it, but too late to use in the class for which I needed it. Was able to get a partial refund once I received it and sent it back. Support was polite and did what they could as individuals within their policies. Book arrived in good condition once it finally arrived. I'd only order from the site again if it was a month in advance of when I needed it.

The site advertised that I would receive my books within 3 to 5 days and in actuality it took over two weeks to receive the books I needed because they didn't have any in stock, but I should have read. Print is what customer service told me.

The website is useful. The book was in perfect condition. And the book came quicker than I expected!

Boom arrived on the and was brand new. Will use them again. Was cheaper

Your service makes it look like you have the books in stock, but you don't. Then you fail to inform the customer how long it will take to get delivered. I paid for next-day delivery and got the book about a month after I ordered it.

I've been ordering books from eCampus throughout my entire 4 year program and ordering is easy and eCampus always has the books I need.

I ordered the book and 2 days later it was here! It also came in brand new condition.

It could be faster. I have waited too long- twice longer than my expectation. I typically order the book from Amazon.

The used textbook I received was in good shape. I was given a 7 day electronic version while waiting for book. My book arrived in 8 days, so there was one day that I had no access to the textbook. Other than that everything was great.
