My experience was simple. They never shipped the product. When I contacted them to see what was going on, I received boilerplate messages like "see our webpage for answers" and "our staff is looking into your order." At least they did refund my money (which they took from my credit card immediately, not when the product was shipped, like most e-commerce outfits do.

I gave 3 stars for the shipment and delivery date because it took almost 3 weeks for the textbook to arrive. However, the staff were very kind in assisting to expedite the shipment of the textbook.

I placed my order on 9/5/24 and I have not received anything! Its been 16 days and on website it just says shipped on 9/6.

We have not received this book yet. It is taking a longer time than expected.

I keep getting emails to rate my experience and my textbook has no arrived yet and i ordered it about 3 weeks ago

New books still in the plastic, paid for two day shipping my first order, took over a week to ship, paid for 3-5 day shipping my second order, took almost two weeks to ship. If you need your books in a hurry, do not use ecampus, look for other options! Good quality books, just takes a while to receive them.

The shipping time was sooooo long! I should have ordered the book from somewhere else but I rented it instead.

Book was never received and I don't think it was ever shipped. Customer service claims "book was lost in transit" but it never seems to have been sent to USPS. A replacement book is supposed to be ordered so let's see if I ever receive it.

This book, although rental edition, is in very good condition, looks like new. Got notifications when it was shipped and when it was delivered. Highly recommended.

The page is laggy and does not provide feedback on a user's input. After eCampus cancelled they even charged a cancellation fee. Customer service never replied after pointing out those issues.
