I placed my order on Dec 27th and paid for the expedited shipping. I understand the holidays are a busy time of the year, so I was patient with the process. I received three books rather quickly, but on the website a book which I received said it was processing while one I had not said it was shipped. After a few weeks, I sent an email to check on the status of the shipment and never heard back. I finally received the textbook that I never heard back about yesterday, January 15th. I still haven't received the last book but I was notified it was on back order, so I understand the delay on that one. I was disappointed in how long the Dispute Resolutions book took and the lack of feedback on what the problem was.

I ordered my textbook on January 2 but did not receive it until January 15. I received no notifications from the shipper or carrier until the day before my book was delivered. I tried speaking with customer service, and all they could tell me was that the package had been shipped on January 2. They couldn't tell me if it was given to the carrier on that date, and I had to wait at least 2 weeks before I could report the book lost and get a refund. It finally showed up, but in the meantime, I had to order an online textbook to study for my classes. The shipping time was estimated to be 4-8 days. It was much longer than that. If you are going to order from eCampus, make sure you do it with plenty of time to receive your book before classes start or pay for expedited shipping.
Your checkout process was painful and the transfer from UPS to USPS delayed the book arriving in a timely matter.

My daughter had to have textbook that was on backorder at her school. We searched online and found that ecampus not only had the item available immediately, but that we could get it before school started. The price was also a little cheaper than the other stores we searched.
Easy to use website, I really like that we have access to the book while we wait for the book to arrive. I was a little thrown off because the date of delivery changed a few times. But I had access to the ebook so that's okay!

No condition listed for a used book and no descriptive notes. No seller ratings either. But I took the risk and I ordered the book from here at a higher price than elsewhere because the shipping was supposed to be faster by several days. I could have saved money and received my book sooner elsewhere.
I NEVER RECEIVED MY BOOK! I kept getting the run around from customer service about requesting a refund. My book was ordered on 12/28/24; my class has already started, and I still have no book. I was FINALLY able to request a refund on 1/14/25, after being told last week that I could request it since it's been over 10 days.

Shipping took over a week since I originally ordered the books. The box was damaged and torn when it arrived and a book was pretty severely damaged. There was good service in correcting it and they reassured me I would not be penalized for the book's poor condition upon returning

Answer: Ecampus.com does not honor their payout times. I've been waiting 8 weeks now and still have not received payment. They also do not honor the method of payment you choose. I chose direct deposit to ensure fast delivery of the payment. They instead have decided to mail me a check, which I still have not received. Do not sell your used textbooks to ecampus.com if you actually want to receive reimbursement for them.
