Poor shipping time and quality

Shipping took over a week since I originally ordered the books. The box was damaged and torn when it arrived and a book was pretty severely damaged. There was good service in correcting it and they reassured me I would not be penalized for the book's poor condition upon returning

Shopping was fine, but checking out was frustrating and miserable! I couldn't checkout without an account and the "Sign Up" for an account wasn't hot. The Helpdesk tried to help, but was not successful. After 45 minutes I was able to start over and order my book. I will not be using eCampus again or recommending your service.

Brilliant. It gave me options to evaluate my expenses for textbook rentals or purchases during my college experience. Some books they have and some don't but very beneficial to scan through or check the status of availability. Price wise was exceptionally reasonable.
