Great & Easy! Great inventory - helpful with a return. Thankful for ability to rent

I thought I ordered the textbook in plenty of time to get ahead for the semester. Turns out, you take advantage of those that don't pay for expedited shipping. Extremely frustrating and disappointed, and I will not use this service again, even if your prices are better.

I ordered 1/7 and my purchase still hasn't shipped. I would expect more prompt service. The shipper was notified 1/13 with tracking/shipping info but seller still hasn't dropped book for shipping. Waste of time and money.

Great website for school textbooks! They offer lower prices compared to the college bookstores. It is a great way to save money on quality textbooks. The packages arrive quickly as well.

Quick and easy access! They provided me with a digital copy while my book shipped, to that was very thoughtful of Ecampus.

I was very happy to be able to get books that cheap. They came in within about a week one was in very very good condition. The other was definitely used, but nothing that would prevent me from using it for class. There were just a few notes in it. It was a spiral book so the papers were a little worn down. I can't complain though because I would've been paying $180 for it and I only paid $30.

This was my first time using ecampus and I was honestly dissappointed. It took 3 weeks for the book I ordered to come which I think is unacceptable and I had no update about the status of my order for over two weeks. I ended up having to order the book another way since I need it for assigned class readings. Although I am happy they had it for a decent price, it probably won't be using the book since I had to order it another way from somewhere else to get it faster.
